Various county courts throughout the country impose fees directly to researchers to obtain records regarding criminal history. While not all courts charge fees, many do. Fees can range from $0.50 to over $95.00 per name search, depending on the jurisdiction. In the past, Validity’s policy was to charge for county court fees equaling $20 or more.
Starting on January 1, 2025, court fees charged directly by the court equaling $10 or more will be passed on to your invoice.
