Validity Screening Solutions was first established in 2004 when its founder, Darren Dupriest, acquired the background screening practice that he created from a Kansas City-based investigations and security firm. Since then, the original team of five has grown to over 70 highly trained professionals ready to support our Clients’ needs. Thanks to our dedication to quality and putting others first, we’re proud to say that our company has grown from a small enterprise into the premier background screening company.
