U.S.C.§ 1681 et seq., and as a current/potential user of Validity Screening Solutions products and services, attached is the Notice to Users of Consumer Reports: Obligations of Users Under the FCRA as prescribed by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
The Notice has been supplied to you previously to satisfy Validity’s obligation as a CRA under the FCRA and will again be supplied on an annual basis. Please contact Client Services with any questions.
