New Updates Designed to Give Clients More Control and Visibility

We’re continuing to improve our platform to make managing background screening and applications easier, more transparent, and more efficient for you and your team.

Our latest updates introduce several enhancements designed with your day-to-day experience in mind. From improved application visibility to new tools for managing candidate information, these changes give you more control while helping support a smoother screening process.

More Complete Information When Sending Invitations

Position is now a required field when sending invitations.

Requiring the candidate’s position helps ensure applications contain important information from the beginning of the screening process. This can help you keep applications organized and provide greater context when reviewing candidates.

Added Verification for Guardian Email Addresses

Guardian email addresses will now be verified to ensure they do not match the candidate’s email address.

This additional validation helps ensure the appropriate email information is being provided during the application process.

Greater Visibility When Applications Are Unlocked

You’ll now see the name of the user who unlocked an application in the Client view.

This gives you greater visibility into application activity and makes it easier to understand who has taken action on an application.

Keep Important Notes Within Applications

You can now add notes directly to applications for your personal or team’s use.

Whether you need to document an internal follow-up, capture additional context, or leave a reminder for a team member, you can keep that information right where you need it.

Upload Documents Directly to Applications

You can now upload documents directly to applications.

This provides a convenient way to keep relevant documentation together with the candidate’s application, helping your team keep information organized and easier to access when needed.

Updated Authorization Language for California, Oklahoma, and Minnesota

We’ve also updated the authorization language used in California, Oklahoma, and Minnesota, also known as “waiver states.”

Previously, candidates could waive their right to receive a completed report by checking a box. With this update, candidates will instead check the box to opt in to receiving their completed report.

Even if your organization is configured to delay or not send the completed report, an candidate who selects this option will still receive their report.

Built Around Your Screening Needs

These updates are designed to give you greater visibility, organization, and control throughout the application and screening process.

As we continue enhancing the platform, our goal remains the same: to make background screening easier for your organization while providing tools that support a more efficient and transparent experience.
