Legislative Update: DOT Random Controlled Substances Regulations Changes

The Department of Transportation (DOT) recently announced changes to its mandatory random substance abuse testing regulation. Effective as of January 1, 2016, the DOT agencies will follow the testing rates shown below:

5.) Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) 25% N/A
6.) United States Coast Guard (USCG) 25% N/A
