Halloween is fun, exciting, and sometimes even scary, but this year at Validity we had a great time. Contests, costumes, and food are always the ingredients for a great Halloween, and we made sure we had all three!

Holidays are a big deal, here at Validity, and we made sure not to disappoint this Halloween. We had our annual pumpkin carving contest where the best pumpkin took the prize! Our Halloween contest was competitive as usual, but our office really turned into a “Spice World” because the Spice Girls won it all! But it wouldn’t be a great Halloween at Validity without all the awesome food! We had quite the spread with donuts, spider mashed potatoes, monster meatloaf, chips and queso, and my personal favorite, all the candy and sweets! Halloween was a blast, but no exception at Validity HQ, we have fun during all of our company events. Our parties are a piece of our company culture and brings the entire Validity team closer together.

Over the years are company has had Christmas parties, Halloween parties potluck parties, you name it. But every year we continue to have these parties because it improves our company’s culture and morale. We have fun in the office, people get along with each other, and a big part of that is because of the events and times we share together that doesn’t just revolve around work.

Why Your Company Needs More Parties

Having company parties is great! Just like when you were a kid and had parties at school, for that one day you were able to relieve some stress and not worry about that big test over fractions you had coming up. Company parties bring employees together and increase morale. It creates a fun culture for your office and brings people together. When everyone gets along and enjoys coming to work it makes for a great work environment and allows for coworkers to get to know each other better in a casual setting. Having this fun and strong company culture makes your employees happy to come into work, even on Mondays.
